Apple & Grape Metabolic Boost

Directions

Using light pressure, juice the apple and dates through the Juiceman® juicer on Speed 1.

Increase the speed to Speed 2 and juice the grapes and cucumber.

Stir well and serve the juice over ice, if desired.
