Directions
In Juiceman blender, combine berries and lemon juice until smooth. *you may strain berry mixture with a fine mesh strainer if a smooth caramel is desired.
In a medium saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium high heat. Bring to a boil but do not stir. Let cook about 10 minutes or until a golden amber color is present.
Slowly add berry puree and whisk with sugar mixture until combined.
