Normal Shipping & Delivery
Shipping will be calculated in your cart during checkout.
Shipping options are provided at the time of checkout. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Orders can only be shipped within the U.S. Items will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. To ensure express shipments, orders must be submitted online by 1pm EST. Shipments are sent via UPS and tracking information will be provided upon shipment of the order.
Standard Shipping:
This method is ground shipping. You should receive your product within 5-7 business days from your order date.
Express Shipping:
Orders are sent via UPS 2nd-day delivery. You should receive your product within 2 business days from your order date. Please note: orders need to be submitted online by 1pm EST to ensure 2nd day delivery.
International Shipping:
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to U.S. Territories or internationally at this time.
Shipping to a P.O. Box:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.
Shipping to a APO/FPO Address:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.
Track Your Order
To track your order: Log into “My Account” then click on the Order Number which will provide the tracking number. Click on the tracking number for all available tracking information.
Returns
You can return most new unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, (unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. You need to complete the return section on your order's packaging slip and send it to us with your new, unopened, and unused item. If the returned item is accepted after inspection at our warehouse, you will receive a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, in the original payment method within four weeks of shipping your package to us. If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will issue a refund at the orginal purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, plus shipping charges in the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items that are opened, in a used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refund policy:
After your item(s) is received in our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the return section of the packaging slip, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable in the original payment method , minus shipping charges within four weeks of shipping your package to us. If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will issue a refund at the original purchase price plus sales tax if applicable plus shipping charges in the original payment method.
To Return a Gift:
If you received a gift from our online store, you may return the item(s) but please be sure the item(s) are eligible for return. Please reference the Return Policy. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s account in the original form of payment.
