Spinach dip is old news. Recycle your favorite green drink by blending leftover pulp into this Lean Green Dip, sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Use Product: Compact Juice Extractor JM250
Yield: 3 1/2 Cups
Ingredients
- 1 Cup green drink pulp (kale, collard, spinach, apple, pear)
- 1(8oz) package low fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 4 Ounces grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Heat all ingredients in a kettle over medium heat stirring to combine. Serve warm!
