Spinach dip is old news. Recycle your favorite green drink by blending leftover pulp into this Lean Green Dip, sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Use Product: Compact Juice Extractor JM250
Yield: 3 1/2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup green drink pulp (kale, collard, spinach, apple, pear)
  • 1(8oz) package low fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 4 Ounces grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1. Heat all ingredients in a kettle over medium heat stirring to combine. Serve warm!
