Chunky Guacamole

Servings | 12 oz.

Directions

Add ingredients to blender cup in the order listed. Pulse until guacamole reaches desired consistency, scraping sides often. Be careful not to over mix.

Optional Variations:

  1. Lean Guacamole; add in 8 ounces of thawed peas.
  2. Margarita Guacamole; add in 3 Tbsp tequila and salt the rim of your serving bowl.
  3. Mango Crab Guacamole; add in 1 peeled, diced mango, and 3 ounces of crab meat.
  4. Country Guacamole; add in ½ cup roasted corn kernels.
